Writing the Report You Actually Believe

Many organisations are asked to explain the difference they make. That can sound simple. Count who came. Gather feedback. Add a few comments. Tell the funder what changed. But the work itself is often less tidy than the report. Some changes happen slowly. Some are personal. Some are shared between many people and places. Some are noticed before they can be proved. This Conversation is not about writing the perfect report. It is about the moment when a team tries to describe its work honestly enough to still believe what it has written.

Take it at your own pace. There is no score here.
